Chamber of Commerce

Comprised of more than 500 business members, the Habersham County Chamber of Commerce serves the community with a focus on business development.   Guided by its values of honesty, integrity, and respect for each person, the Chamber develops programs to support businesses and industries as they compete in today's global economy.

A vibrant and responsive Chamber is necessary for a community's economic health and well-being.  The Chamber hosts youth and adult leadership programs that groom future leaders for Habersham County.  It also supports education by sponsoring programs such as the STAR Student/STAR Teacher and the county's Industry + Education Connection.  

The Chamber also partners with Piedmont College and North Georgia Technical College to offer the Business Resource Center, which provides free assistance to entrepreneurs and existing businesses.  Its programs include market research, business plan development, leadership, technology recommendations, and more.
